SHIPPING: We ship most orders within 48 hours, unless product is temporarily out-of-stock (in which case, we hold an order no more than 5 days to prevent back-ordering). Minimum shipping charge (for the contiguous 48 states) is $5. We do not backorder items under $5.00. Orders below $60.00 ship surface rate mail, and orders over $60.00 - DHL Ground or Priority Mail. For DHL shipment on orders below $60, shipping and handling is $9.00. You may request Air Mail (Priority) shipment for approx. 20% of subtotal, minimum of $9. DHL Express Service (2 or 3 day) is available - call for actual charges (usually 30-40%) depending on size and weight of order.

PROBLEMS WITH A SHIPMENT: Please report any errors or damaged goods immediately so we can take corrective action.

FOREIGN SHIPMENT: Surface rate is only available within the continental U.S. Air International to Canada is approx. 25% (minimum $10). Airmail to all other countries = actual shipping costs + $3 handling. This usually runs about 40-50% depending on size and weight of order.
